- The bottled water versus the living water -

Give me to drink; thou perhaps wouldst have asked of him, and he would have
given thee living water.
John 4:10
Forewarning:
Now, reading the following article, the reader may get
the wrong perception that the author is targeting everybody that drink
bottled water or just plain water from the tap. By no means! That is not
his intention. The use of the word, ‘water’ or ‘bottled water’ in this
formulation ought to be taken figuratively. Water is the vital part of
human’s life, for without water there would be no life on earth.
Introduction
I recall, about
ten years ago, an acquaintance of mine; an electrical engineer, Giovanni was
his name, asked me to translate a 75 pages document, from Italian into
English. The title of this paper was, ‘Water’. In his document,
Giovanni asserted that the various brand names of water that are sold in
bottles today, claiming the good quality of their product, are misleading
the customer because there is no such thing as “pure water.”
“We don’t have
pure water on earth because of Pollution in a global scale. Even the
glacial waters in the Northern and Southern hemisphere,
are not 100% pure.” He said. Therefore, anyone who makes such claim is a
liar and impostor.
Nowadays, it
has always amazed me to see so many people carrying water bottles everywhere
they go. School children, young people, old people, mothers while pushing a
pram with their child in it, joggers, travelers, and so on, all of them
carrying a bottle – or two – of water lest they get dehydrated, they said.
I have seen even a man carrying two bottles of water, one for his dog and
the other for himself.
I really
wonder, some time, if people knew whence this bottled water came from,
would they still buy it? I doubt. Though, one never knows. But because
people’s mind has been so conditioned today, in a way of no return; thanks
this to the corporate controlled media and government propaganda.
Chapter one
But now what is
reason of my rant? It was only the other day, as I was reading the Gospel,
according to St John, in chapter four that I saw the light.
It was midday.
Jesus, after some hours of walking, tired and thirsty, sat near the
water well. A woman came there to fetch some water. Jesus asked the woman
for some water. Hence, the woman started to argue with Jesus in relation to
He been a Judean,
thus daring to talk to her, a Samaritan woman, and so on. In response to
that, Jesus said:
If thou didst know the gift of
God, and who he is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou perhaps
wouldst have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
Here, Jesus’
words have very deep meaning. However, to comprehend the true sense of
them, one should read the whole chapter four of John. In a nutshell, Jesus
is telling the Samaritan woman:
o The water from the [Jacob’s]
well does not quench men’s thirst.
o The living Water, which only
Jesus gives to men, does.
o Therefore, once mankind
received this living water from Jesus, ‘(it) shall become in him a fountain
of water, springing up into life everlasting.
(And he) shall not thirst forever...
Chapter two
No wonder then,
if people from all walks of life are drinking bottled water today. They
don’t know any better than the people of the old days, when paganism was so
well entrenched and thriving. People do drink water from bottles [or from a
tap, which is even worse because of chlorine and fluoride in it], because
their mind is ‘bottled’, trapped, captured, by the media propaganda and
innuendo that says, water is good for you. Of course, “it is good for you,”
if one doesn’t know any better. Nobody ever told him, or her, what really
is good for them, in the first place; for everybody else does it, anyway.
So what is wrong with that? The reader may ask.
Now, to make
this clear: I am not saying that drinking bottled water, per se, is wrong -
apart from thinning of your wallet, of course. What I am saying is that
drinking bottled water is not only an indication of a social and spiritual
malaise. Actually, it is even worse than that, for it is an indication of
the death of the Christian spirituality.
Now, one may
say that I am raving. Maybe, I am. Nevertheless, if I am raving, I am
raving for God. I really don’t mind doing that at all.
When I look
around me, though, and I see what is going on in our ‘evolved’, ‘civilized’
and ‘sophisticate’ society, I say: “Woo!! Thank you, but no thank you. I
don’t want to be part in it.” The reasons for saying that are as follows:

Abortions:
Infanticide, or the killing of infants;
Anti-Semitism:
Hostility towards
anybody who is of a Semitic blood.
Atheism
&"Holocaust denial":
denying the existence of God was both a sin and a crime;
Catholic Church:
The Barche of St Peter; the mother and the
centre of Christendom.
Catholicism:
the only true traditional religion.
Censure:
It was a government’s
instrument, in order to suppress criticism from individuals or the
media.
Communism:
the ideology that caused the death of hundreds of millions of lives.
Conspiracy theory:
A theory
that explains an event as being the result of a plot by a covert group
or organization; a belief that a particular unexplained event was caused
by such a group.
Crime: a
great sin;
Discipline:
a social necessity for the moral character formation of
youth;
Divorce:
A social evil issue;
Drug addiction:
self-inflicted behavior, most of times;
"Education":
Although it was initiated by the Catholic Church 1833,
with the intervention of the state/government in the 19th century, it
became the numbing down of the youth [i.e., brainwashing];
Euthanasia:
the killing of people; [or
refers to the practice of ending a life in
a manner which relieves pain and suffering.]
Evolution:
An unscriptural
intellectual gibberish;
Feminism:
a Marxist minds’ poisoning philosophy;
Food:
any nourishing substance that
is eaten, drunk, or otherwise taken into the body to sustain life,
provide energy, promote growth, etc.
“Government”:
a benign apparatus established in order to govern and administer a
country for the benefit of its own citizens.
Homosexuality:
sodomy: an abomination
and a sexual disorder.
Market:
Buying and selling of goods
& services;
Media:
The means of communication, as radio and
television, newspapers, and magazines that reach or influence people
widely.
Medical doctors:
Family doctors; professional caring persons;
Money and banks:
‘The pot calls the
kettle black.’ The devil’s excrements with its pits.
New Age:
nonsense for the credulous and simple people;
New World Order
or One World Government: by Christ the
King;
Obesity:
abnormality in a sick society;
Pharmaceutical companies:
industry develops, produces, and markets’ drugs licensed
for use as medications.
Politicians:
self-opinionated, busybodies, too clever by half and morons, most of the
times;
Protestant ‘churches’:
Christian organizations, which separated from Rome since the time of
Reformation.
Suicide:
deliberate
killing of oneself - committed most by
desperate or deranged individuals.
The traditional family:
the human nucleus; the live Christian cell that makes the subsistent
fabric of any Christian culture in the world.
Unisex culture:
did not even exist. However, it is a cultural degradation, where men
and women, most of the times, are indistinguishable from one to the
other.
Tattoos & Body-piercing:
an abomination and bad taste.
Weather:
the state of the atmosphere with respect to wind, temperature,
cloudiness, moisture, pressure, etc.
Words:
Self-esteem, quality
life, quality time, love, etc. - a verbal masturbation.
Zionism:
A Jewish
movement that arose in the late 19th century in response to growing
anti-Semitism and sought to reestablish a Jewish homeland in Palestine.

are called now:
Termination of pregnancy. [No
qualms]
Hostility towards “Jews;”
Anyone who criticizes
Israel's murderous policy; or anyone that Israel says so - he/she is.

everybody who
isn't a ‘jew’ is,

If you are an atheist,
today, you might get a professorship into some universities;
On the other hand,
denying the holocaust, one might get imprisonment or even

Christian Churches: [Actually, they appear
to be more like social clubs rather than place of worship.]
A free choice, or a deliberate act
exercised by a ‘liberated’ person.

[I.e.,
‘Pop Culture’] A sign of
advancement in any modern secular society. Thus, it is accepted as
acceptable and seen as normal that is, part of one's life because this
is the way to go.

Just buzzing words [that mean everything
and nothing.]

which is in fact , a super-Racism !!

If those aforementioned do not make you to cringe, dear
reader, then what does it? Though this type of human degeneration – or
should call it, devolution - started since Adam and Eve sinned in Garden of
Eden; with the event of Christianity [and the Catholic Church that came with
it], people were embalmed by the Spirit of the risen Jesus Christ from
death, thus changing them from worldly creatures to sons of the living God.
Then, the entire creation was marked by the Spirit of
God [that is, Holy Spirit]; Christian spirituality sprung from it, thus the
old life-style gave way to the new one.
Alas! We have lost it. That is why the world is sick
and deadly wounded and unable for redemption today; unless it comes back to
its senses and so changes its nefarious course, which now is leading to its
own destruction.
So what is to be done?
I say, this to the believer reader: Bring Jesus Christ
back in your life and you will live. And to the unbeliever: Know Him and
believe in Him with all your heart, with your entire mind and with all your
strength; and a new significant life is waiting for you. Furthermore, all
you, who read this article, will soon find out that the water you used to
drink before, it tastes foul now.
